Our Services

DFW Bin Co provides cleaning services for residential and commercial customers in Aledo, Weatherford, and surrounding North Texas communities. Our services may include:

• Residential trash bin cleaning.

• Pressure washing for driveways, sidewalks, walkways, parking lots, and fleet vehicles.

• Commercial dumpster and dumpster pad cleaning.

Service availability depends on your location, the type of service requested, scheduling, and our ability to accommodate the job.

We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue services when necessary.

Booking and Scheduling

Customers may schedule eligible services through our online booking system or by contacting DFW Bin Co directly.

When booking a service, you agree to provide accurate contact details, service addresses, and other information needed to complete the requested work.

Appointments are subject to availability. We will provide service details and scheduling information through the contact method available to us.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Trash Bin Cleaning Plans and Pricing

DFW Bin Co offers the following trash bin cleaning options:

• Monthly Cleaning: $30 per visit.

• Every 8 Weeks: $40 per visit.

• Quarterly Cleaning: $50 per visit.

• One-Time Cleaning: $80 per visit.

Each cleaning visit includes up to two trash cans. Additional cans cost $10 each per visit.

Recurring cleaning plans require a minimum of three visits. One-time cleaning does not require a recurring service commitment.

Prices and service options may change over time. The applicable price and plan details presented during booking will govern your purchase, subject to any terms communicated before you confirm your order.

Customer Responsibilities

To help us complete your service safely and efficiently, you agree to:

• Provide an accurate service address and contact information.

• Ensure your trash cans are empty before the scheduled cleaning.

• Place bins in an accessible location for curbside service.

• Follow any preparation instructions provided before your appointment.

• Inform us about access restrictions, special conditions, or potential safety concerns that could affect the service.

• Ensure our team can safely access the areas scheduled for cleaning.

If bins or service areas are inaccessible, unsafe, or not prepared as requested, we may need to delay, reschedule, or adjust the service.

Missed Appointments and Service Delays

Service may occasionally be affected by severe weather, equipment issues, traffic, access problems, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cannot complete a scheduled service, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and arrange an alternative appointment when available.

Customers should contact us if they believe a scheduled visit was missed or if they need assistance with their service.

Pressure Washing Services

Pressure washing results can vary depending on the surface material, age, condition, existing stains, and type of buildup.

Before service begins, customers should disclose known surface damage, loose materials, sensitive finishes, or other conditions that could affect cleaning. Customers should also remove personal belongings from the work area and secure pets when necessary.

Although we take reasonable care while performing pressure washing, we cannot guarantee that every stain, discoloration, or mark will be completely removed. Certain surfaces or stains may require specialized treatment or may not respond fully to pressure washing.

Commercial Dumpster Cleaning

Commercial dumpster and dumpster pad cleaning services depend on the agreed scope of work, site access, and the condition of the cleaning area.

Customers are responsible for providing appropriate access and informing us about relevant site restrictions, safety requirements, and known hazards.

Additional work outside the originally agreed service may require a separate quote or customer approval before proceeding.

Payments and Charges

Customers agree to pay the applicable charges for the services they select. Pricing, payment arrangements, and any applicable fees will be communicated during booking or before the service is confirmed.

Where payment is required in advance or through an online booking platform, customers must follow the payment instructions provided.

Cancellations and Changes to Service

If you wish to cancel a booking, change a recurring plan, or request a different service date, please contact us directly.

Any cancellation deadlines, refund eligibility, or plan-change requirements that apply to your booking will be communicated through the applicable booking terms or customer agreement.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but changes are subject to service availability and any applicable agreed terms.
